With over 10 years of experience in the field of counselling, Arian brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. She has extensive training in trauma informed therapy as well as couples/marital counselling. As an EMDR therapist, she has helped countless First Responders, Veterans, and individuals dealing with trauma and PTSD. As a relationship therapist (certified in Gottman’s method for couples therapy), she effectively guides couples and individuals through relationship concerns. Arian is also trained in various other modalities which enables her to effectively treat various mental health issues.

Arian is a compassionate and open-minded person who believes that everyone has the potential to make meaningful changes, if offered the right environment. She aims to create a therapeutic environment of unconditional positive acceptance to help you work through your fears and doubts in a non-judgmental atmosphere. VAC Assessments

Arian specializes in conducting comprehensive Veteran Affairs Canada (VAC) assessments for veterans to determine their eligibility for disability benefits and services from VAC. Arian takes a professional and compassionate approach to VAC assessments. She understands the challenges of military service and strives to make the assessment process as comfortable as possible for veterans. Her evaluations are thorough, objective, and designed to determine an accurate diagnosis and how a veteran’s condition relates to their military service. The resulting medical reports provide the necessary details and rationale to support veterans’ VAC benefit claims.
