With over 10 years of experience in the field of counselling, Arian brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. She has extensive training in trauma focused therapy as well as couples/marital counselling. Arian is trained in various modalities, such as: Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye-movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Gestalt, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Positive Psychology, Performance Psychology, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Strength-Based, Trauma Focused, amongst others.

As a trauma focused therapist, she has helped countless First Responders, Veterans, and individuals dealing with trauma and PTSD. As a relationship therapist (certified in Gottman’s method for couples therapy), she effectively guides couples and individuals through relationship concerns.
