Joel works with individuals (adults and children) with a variety of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, addictions, and personality disorders. His main psychotherapy approaches include cognitive behaviour therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy. He is currently accepting new clients and accommodates scheduling by offering evening and weekend appointments.

Joel has experience working with a variety of populations and ages including children, adolescents, and adults within a multitude of settings including Hull Services, Calgary Catholic School District, Calgary Board of Education, and Alberta Health Services. He specializes in anxiety disorders, personality disorders, depression, and addictions. Joel also specializes in psychological assessment including the assessment of cognition, academics, and learning disabilities. Bridging the gap between assessment and therapy, Joel's experience and knowledge allows him to identify problem areas, design treatment plans, and utilize appropriate interventions for successful treatment.
