Body Image Issues
Body image issues can be a big problem for people, especially when they're young. Social media and television is full of unrealistic ideals, and it's easy to feel like you're not good enough. Everyone is different, so there are no right or wrong ways to look or feel about yourself. When we compare ourselves to others, we're missing out on the opportunity to appreciate ourselves exactly as we are. Counselling is a great way to get support when dealing with body image issues.
