    Andrea Krygier, Registered Psychologist #3364 has over 26 years of counselling experience in both Latin America and Canada, and provides counselling services in both English and Spanish.

    Andrea helps individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of issues, including:

    Andrea approaches each client with curiosity, respect, empathy, and compassion – with the understanding that each individual is unique.

    In treating clients, Andrea combines various modalities to address conditions, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Narrative, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as existential components. She also utilizes Gottman methods when working with couples.

    Andrea attained her Psychology Degree and Practice License in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994. She later moved to Canada and attained a Master’s in Counselling from the University of Ottawa in 2001, and became a good standing member as a Registered Psychologist of The College of Alberta Psychologists (CA) in 2008.
