I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist dedicated to providing client-centered and holistic counselling services to youth and adults across a broad spectrum of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance dependency, and issues related to life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships.
My goal is to help you discover self-understanding. Whether that means adopting new attitudes and feelings towards life situations or learning to reconnect with the world around you. Therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: but like any skill, it takes participation and patience. In these sessions, we will learn to navigate relationships, build emotional awareness, and reinvent what it means for you to live a full, healthy, and balanced life.
I am passionate about providing evidence-based treatment and committed to providing the highest standard of care, acknowledging the intersectional framework of how race, religion, class, gender, and sexuality combine to create our identity.
Through a collaborative and engaging approach, I combine my experience with Dialectical-Behavior and Solution-Focused therapies to teach strategies, instill confidence and help clients flourish.
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (Registrant #3487p) and a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.
