Martine is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who offers a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where clients can feel accepted, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. She provides therapy in both English and French and works with adults, children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, stress & burnout, grief and loss, and self-esteem concerns.

Martine’s approach is grounded in trauma-informed and client-centered care. She believes people are capable of growth, healing, and meaningful change when provided with a safe and supportive environment. She values authenticity, connection, and meeting clients with empathy and respect, while helping them better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Mental Health Concerns

Martine works with individuals and families facing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, depression, trauma & PTSD, grief and loss, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship issues, conflict, stress & burnout, and codependency. She also supports clients navigating parenting and family dynamics, personality disorders, domestic violence/abuse recovery, and intrusive thoughts.

She tailors therapy to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals, recognizing that healing looks different for every person.

Her approach focuses on helping clients better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and build stronger connections with themselves and others. Martine believes therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and supported throughout the process.
