Mental Health Concerns

Erin supports clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, women's issues, self-esteem, and high-functioning anxiety. She understands these experiences often overlap, leaving people feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, constantly second-guessing themselves, or feeling disconnected from who they are and the life they want to live.

Whether someone is navigating a major life transition, processing difficult experiences, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, Erin helps clients better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and develop practical coping strategies that support lasting well-being.

Counselling Approaches

Erin believes meaningful change happens through a genuine, collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and respect. She works alongside clients to better understand not only the challenges they are experiencing, but also the underlying experiences and patterns that continue to influence how they think, feel, and respond.

Rather than applying the same approach to everyone, Erin thoughtfully tailors therapy to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic approaches, she works collaboratively with clients to support meaningful and lasting change.
