Erin has over a decade of experience supporting people in community and educational settings, helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, trauma, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, and more. These experiences have shaped her belief that therapy is most effective when it feels like a safe, collaborative partnership - where you feel fully seen, heard, and respected.

Erin’s style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. She sees you as the expert in your own life and approaches therapy with curiosity, care, and presence. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, Erin tailors therapy to your needs and goals. She works with individuals across the lifespan - from teens navigating identity and academic pressures, to adults in midlife transitions, to older adults seeking meaning and adjustment through later stages of life.
