Graham is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and Counselling Therapist (CT) with over 20 years of professional experience. He works with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, amongst other mental health concerns.

Graham is known for his clear, grounded, and results-focused approach. He provides a respectful, non-judgmental space where clients can better understand challenges, build practical tools, and create meaningful progress. His therapy style is collaborative, straightforward, and tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.

Mental Health Concerns

Graham supports clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, depression, trauma & PTSD, grief and loss, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, burnout, relationship issues, conflict, and codependency.
